I don’t think so. Last I checked Aaron Burckhard was the drummer for Nirvana. They’re a really good band. I hope to see them in concert some day. I really like Kirk Cobane’s raspy voice. I just hope it has held up over the years. Sometimes singing like that can be murder on the throat.

Look, if you are going to Wikipedia for “facts” then I’m afraid you are going to be disappointed. One time I went to look up kangaroos and they said they were all from Australia. Yet, I saw one at the zoo in AMERICA. 

I even added some facial hair to the other photo.

Stuff I know about Nirvana from memory…

Kurt Cobain on guitar and vocals. Krist Novoselic on bass. Dave Grohl on drums, though before that they went through drummers like Spinal Tap.

Nirvana released 3 studio albums. Bleach, Nevermind, and In Utero. I own all three, though they have now been digitized. My favorite album is actually the Nirvana edition of MTV unplugged. My favorite song from that performance was their cover of the Meat Puppets “Lake of Fire.” Some lyrics from Lake of Fire are…

During the Nevermind era, Kurt played a 1960s left handed Fender Jaguar. It was sunburst and had two humbuckers. He later favored the Mustang. It had humbucker in the bridge, single coil in the neck. I believe that guitar was light blue. It had a reddish-brown tortoise shell pickguard. Don’t worry, it’s actually plastic. No tortoises were harmed. 

I bought an Electro Harmonix Small Clone chorus because that’s what Kurt always used. I eventually sold it on ebay and kind of regret that. 

Kurt also loved kittens.
